Q:I have toothache. Can I see a dentist immediately?
A:We only accept patients who make reservations in advance. Please call if you have urgent symptoms. We may be able to provide emergency treatment, subject to appointment availability.
We are pleased to provide treatment during opening hours, subject to availability.
You may have to wait on arrival due to our policy to prioritize patients with reservations.
Q:Do you treat children?
A:Normally, we do not treat children,
however, we can provide a pediatric dentistry service under the provision that the child can remain calmly seated and gargle independently.
If we are not able to provide this service then we will refer you to other pediatric dentists. We also provide a pediatric oral cleaning service
Q:How much does it cost? How often should I go?
A:The cost and frequency of treatments will depend on your oral condition.
You will need a consultation with the doctor before a treatment plan can be provided.
Q:Can tooth decay be treated with one appointment?
A:If your case of tooth decay is mild then only one appointment may be necessary,
however, if the tooth decay is severe then multiple visits may be necessary.
Q:Should I see a dentist multiple times even if I only have occasional toothache.
A:It is possible that you have tooth decay, periodontal disease, hyperesthesia, and/or other complications. We suggest you see a dentist as soon as possible.
Q:I have uncertainty and/or anxiety regarding a treatment plan. Can I consult with a dentist about it?
A:Of course. We believe “informed consent” is important.
It is natural to have any questions and requests for a treatment. We are pleased to explain treatment plans to resolve your uncertainties and/or anxieties. After we are in agreement, we can move forward with the treatment plan.
You can feel free to ask not only the dentists but also hygienists or receptionists.
Q:Can I take continue a treatment plan here despite starting it at another dentist?
A:In case you cannot continue your treatment plan at your previous dentist, because you have moved or for any other reason, we are glad to continue your treatment plan here even if it hasn’t finished.
Q:Do the treatment rooms provide patient privacy during treatment?
A:All of our treatment rooms are private or semi-private. They are designed to protect patients’ privacy.
Payment
Q:Can I pay by credit card?
A:Yes, you can.
Q:Can I use overseas insurance?
A:Unfortunately, we cannot accept payment from or claim for overseas insurance.
Please make the insurance claim independently. We can provide an English receipt on request.
Q:Can you provide an English receipt?
A:Yes, we can. Please let us know in advance if you require an English receipt.
Please note that we can only issue one receipt in either Japanese or English.
Q:Can you reprint a receipt?
A:Unfortunately, we cannot. We ask that you place the receipt in safekeeping.

A:Please note that there will be cancellation fee as below if you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 3 working days.

Q:How can I make a reservation for the first time?
A:We take reservations over the phone or via a reservation form.
Q:What should I do when I can not make it on time?
A:If you are tardy by over five minutes, we may have to ask to reschedule the appointment.
We thank you for your prompt arrival.
Q:I have documents. Can you fill them in?
A:Yes, we can.
However, there will be charge for any documents you bring to us to fill in and it takes approximately 1 week. Please let us know in advance if you will bring any documents with you
